Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

However, refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis, and only for products that arrive damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it at hello@linaessentials.com. We’ll be happy to help make things right.

A Note About Warm Weather:

Our balms are made from natural tallow, which may soften or melt if left in heat for too long.

We kindly ask that you retrieve your package promptly after delivery to avoid overheating. If a balm softens during transit, it’s still perfectly safe to use — simply let it cool and solidify in a cool place.

Because melting can happen in warmer conditions, we’re unable to offer refunds for products affected by heat. If you need any help restoring your balm’s texture, just reach out — we’re here for you.
